Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we ship your HoneyFil order.

Overview

At HoneyFil Wellness, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order. If you have any questions, contact our support team at contact@customercs.com.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery time is the sum of both processing and transit time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. The following shipping options are available:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all 3-bottle and 6-bottle package orders. The 2-bottle starter package is subject to standard shipping fees, which will be displayed at checkout before purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact our support team.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not currently available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HoneyFil Wellness is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with lost shipments on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products and contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@customercs.com. We will attempt to accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
